Stuart G. Hoffman
Stuart G. Hoffman is senior vice president and chief economist for The PNC Financial Services Group and serves as the principal spokesperson on all economic issues for PNC. Hoffman was recognized as the second most accurate economic and interest rate forecaster for 2006 by USA Today and as the most accurate forecaster for 2004 by BusinessWeek. In addition, he was named one of the top forecasters in the Wall Street Journal economic survey covering the 1988 to 2006 period.
Hoffman joined PNC in 1980 after a six-year tenure with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He became vice president and senior economist for PNC in 1987 and was elected senior vice president and chief economist in 1991.
Hoffman is frequently quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times and Barron’s. He is a regular guest on CNBC, Bloomberg TV and The Wall Street Journal Radio Report. He is regularly interviewed by the Associated Press and Reuter’s news wire services. He is often quoted in regional media such as the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and the Philadelphia Inquirer.
Hoffman is the immediate past president and a member of the board of directors of the National Association for Business Economics (NABE). He also serves on the board of directors of the Economics Club of Pittsburgh - the local chapter of NABE. He is past chairman of the American Bankers Economic Advisory Committee.
Hoffman is a 1971 graduate of Pennsylvania State University. He received a master's degree in 1973 and a doctorate degree in economics in 1975, both from the University of Cincinnati, where he was a Charles Phelps Taft Memorial Fellow. In 2004, the University of Cincinnati honored him as a Distinguished Alumni.

Camden Fine
Camden R. Fine is president and CEO of the Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA), the only national trade association that exclusively represents community banks.
A native Missourian, Fine came to ICBA from the Midwest Independent Bank in Jefferson City, Mo. He chartered and organized the bankers’ bank and served MIB as president and CEO for nearly 20 years. In addition, Fine owned Mainstreet Bank of Ashland, Mo., a $35 million-asset community bank in Central Missouri.
A long time member of ICBA prior to becoming the association’s president and CEO, Fine served on several association standing committees and on the ICBA board of directors. He also served as the secretary/treasurer of the Missouri Independent Bankers Association for nearly 20 years.
Fine has a strong background in politics as well as banking. In 1978, he joined the Missouri state government as a budget analyst, and in 1981 former governor and current U.S. Sen. Christopher “Kit” Bond appointed him director of the state’s tax division. In October 2000, Fine was appointed to the Federal Advisory Council of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System representing the 10th Federal Reserve District (Kansas City).
Fine was educated at the Virginia Military Institute and the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a distinguished graduate and past chairman of the Board of Advisors of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Since coming to ICBA, Fine has worked to increase membership and raise the members’ awareness of and participation in the association’s advocacy efforts. To that end, Fine has been a passionate advocate for community bank issues and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal and appeared on CNN, MSNBC, Bloomberg, PBS, and NPR.

Stephen Jenkins is a senior vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He is responsible for the Bank’s Supervision and Regulation Department which oversees more than 260 financial institutions in the Fourth Federal Reserve District, which includes Ohio, western Pennsylvania, eastern Kentucky, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia. He also has responsibility for the Bank’s Credit Risk Management and Statistics and Analysis departments. Mr. Jenkins joined the Supervision and Regulation Department in 1986 as a bank examiner. He was appointed assistant vice president in 1996, vice president in 1999, and to his current position in 2007.
A native of Cleveland, Mr. Jenkins holds a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a degree from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado. He is past president of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Risk Management Association, a trade organization that promotes sound credit-risk-management practices, and he serves on the board of trustees of Towards Employment, a nonprofit organization providing job readiness and placement services.
Doreen Eberley, New York Regional Director, oversees the FDIC’s bank supervision and consumer protection activities in the Northeast. Ms. Eberley is a 20-year FDIC veteran, beginning her FDIC career in the Division of Liquidation in Bossier City, Louisiana. She moved to the Division of Supervision and became a commissioned bank examiner. After serving as Assistant Regional Director in Atlanta, she was appointed Deputy Regional Director in New York in 2001. Ms. Eberley is a graduate of Cornell University and has an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.
William Stone, Jr., First Vice President and COO, joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in 1971 and was promoted to senior vice president in charge of payment operations in 1984. In this position he was responsible for all Third District cash, check, and electronic payment activities. In 1987, Stone was appointed first vice president and chief operating officer of the Bank. He is a frequent spokesperson on national and regional economic matters and has consulted with foreign central banks and the World Bank.
Kathleen A. Page is the Assistant Deputy Comptroller for the Eastern Pennsylvania Field Office of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. She is responsible for the supervision of community banks headquartered in Eastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey. Ms. Page is a member of the Northeast District Senior Management Group, Chairperson of the Bank Supervision Operations Committee, and voting member of the Supervisory Review Committee.
