Registration Fee

Exhibitor registration fee includes:

  • One (1) complimentary FULL convention registration;
  • Meals within the exhibit center (reception, continental breakfast, lunch & dinner);
  • Recognition in convention materials throughout the year;
  • Recognition in Transactions (PACB's monthly newsletter);
  • Recognition in the Convention Program;
  • Exposure on PACB's web site, with a direct link to your web site;
  • Pre-Convention registration lists;
  • Listing and description of products/services in the Exhibit Reference Guide;
  • Walk-around game to promote interaction between exhibitor/attendees;
  • Pre-Convention mailing labels or electronic lists;
  • Recognition on the PACB on-hold message.

*NOTE: Non-members may apply $200 of their registration fee towards PACB Associate Membership. Non-member fees must be paid in full before the $200 will be applied towards membership.

Booth Personnel

Registration Fee includes one (1) complimentary convention registration. Additional booth personnel may be registered for all activities and meals (reception, continental breakfast, lunch & dinner) within the Exhibit Center for a cost of $325 each. If, however, they wish to attend the entire Convention, they must register as a full Convention registrant, which is an additional fee and registration form.

Booth Specifications

One 10’x8’ or 8'x8' piped and draped exhibit space, one 6' draped table with two chairs, an identification sign and a wastebasket. Electrical and phone connections must be ordered separately, if needed. The Exhibit Center is carpeted. Additional information regarding shipping/storage of exhibits will be available at a later date.

Exhibit Center Theme

We are once again asking exhibitors to be creative and decorate their booth. Saturday evening's event, "Roarin' Nights in Charleston," will be a Roaring 20's theme. The Convention attendees will be voting on their favorite booth. The winner will receive a 50% discount off of next year's exhibit booth registration fee. Remember, a little bit of creativity now can mean big savings later, just ask Diebold Inc the 2007 winner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after May 30, 2008 will be subject to a $600 administrative fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations after July 7, 2008. All cancellations must be in writing.

Use of Music

The Exhibitor is solely responsible for the proper licensing and payment of royalties to ASCAP and BMI for any copyrighted music used during the Convention. The Exhibitor hereby indemnifies and holds harmless PACB for any copyright infringement by Exhibitor and/or failure of Exhibitor to properly license copyrighted music.

Contact Charleston Place directly at (800) 831-3490 to make your hotel reservations. You must reference "PACB 2008 Annual Convention". All reservations must be made by August 13, 2008.
