Chester Q. Mosteller is the founder and President of Mosteller & Associates. His background is well balanced with human resource consulting to a wide variety of organizations since 1994, and over 18 years of prior human resource management, including several years as the top HR executive in a premier, nationwide company.

Chet’s experience in human resources is extensive. His career in this field includes in-depth work in each of the major human resource functions of compensation, benefits, training and staffing. His compensation related responsibilities includes design and development of salary administration programs, identifying position competitiveness in a marketplace/industry utilizing salary surveys and other sources, developing and administering incentive, bonus, commission and other salary deferral programs, and designing and delivering complete executive compensation program packages.

Mr. Mosteller’s staffing expertise includes all levels of recruiting with emphasis on technical and executive positions with an emphasis on attracting individuals that match an organization’s culture.

Chet graduated from Lebanon Valley College with a BA in Mathematics and is Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a charter member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists. He has taught extensively as an adjunct faculty member and at numerous banking schools.

Cami Ressler, M.Ed.

Cami Ressler, M.Ed., is the CEO and Founder of Ressler Career and Business Solutions LLC, a career coaching and business professional services firm focused on executive and professional training and development, career planning and coaching and more. Cami is proud to have built her business on referrals and seeks to develop long-term business partnerships with her clients.

Ms. Ressler has a broad range of leadership, administrative and career management professional expertise that includes over 15 years’ experience having worked for Choice Hotels International (Brand Management), The Pennsylvania State University (Assistant Director of Career Services at the Campuses), Princeton University (Career Counselor/Internships), and a boutique law firm focused on financial services (Consultant). Cami holds two degrees from The Pennsylvania State University: a Master’s degree in counselor education (specializing in career development and leadership) and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management. She is a certified DiSC administrator and has a wealth of experience with leadership development, recruiting and career related assessments.

Angela L. Thomas, Esquire
Senior Vice President, Associate General Counsel, Legal Department, Branch Banking and Trust Company (BB&T)

Angela L. Thomas serves is an Associate General Counsel for BB&T. Angela has been a member of BB&T’s Legal Department since August 1, 2015, coming to BB&T via acquisition of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. where she served as Director of Employee Relations and Employment Counsel. Prior to that, Angela was in private practice for more than twenty years where her practice focused on employment and labor law, as well as litigation. Angela supports BB&T on Human Systems matters.

Angela received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and her Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1992. Angela is located in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania.

Christina M. Gattuso, Esquire
Partner, Kilpatrick, Townsend Stockton, LLP

Chris Gattuso focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, financial institution regulatory matters and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Gattuso’s securities practice includes serving as counsel for both issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities and counseling clients on disclosure and other requirements under the federal securities laws. She has represented numerous mutual savings associations in their conversion to stock form or formation of a mutual holding company and related public offerings. She has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations, strategic alliances, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions for both public and private financial institutions and other for-profit and nonprofit entities. She also advises boards of directors and board committees of financial institutions, nonprofits and tribal entities on corporate governance matters and best practices.

Lindsay E. Snavely, Esquire

Lindsey Snavely pays close attention to detail. If it happens in the workplace, she knows the ins-and-outs of the issue. Having previously worked as Counsel, Global Labor & Employment for The Hershey Company, she supported the Human Resources organization and provided advice and training on various workplace issues. Lindsey provides practical, actionable business guidance in representing and advising employers.

With comprehensive knowledge of labor and employment law, Lindsey has defended employers in state and federal courts, as well as before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also regularly provides counseling to employers on various workplace issues, including disciplinary matters, leaves of absences, and wage and hour questions. In addition, she routinely speaks at seminars and other workshops about labor and employment issues such as the Affordable Care Act, navigating employees’ leaves from the workplace, and compensation and benefits.

Zachary D. Bombatch, Esquire
Associate, Steptoe & Johnson

Zachary Bombatch focuses his practice in the areas of labor and employment law and general civil litigation. In his practice, he counsels clients on compliance with federal and state employment laws and advocates on their behalf in disputes arising under them. He is also a member of the firm’s Higher Education Team. Zachary regularly relies upon both his business and legal education that focused on employment law, human resources management, and organizational behavior to assist in the development of strategic human resources policies and plans. In addition to his employment practice, Zachary has been regularly involved in the defense and prosecution of real estate claims and construction claims.

Sara C. (Sally) Williams, SPHR, SHRM-SCP
President, Williams HR Solution, LLC

Sally Williams is the senior principal and primary client contact for the system design and management of consulting services offered by our company in areas of Organizational Planning, Wage and Salary Administration, Performance Management, Personnel Policies and Practices, Affirmative Action and Adherence to Employment Law.

Sally began her human resources career with L.R. Webber Associates, Inc. of Hollidaysburg, PA, in 1976. One of the original founders of that firm, she was promoted to Associate in 1985, to Vice President in 1987, and in 1989 she was named Executive Vice President and assumed her role as manager of the Human Resource Division and director of all human resource consulting projects. She remained there until 2006, and in early 2007 Sally formed her own consulting practice, Webber HR Solutions. She now serves clients in four states. 2014 marked a company name change to Williams HR Solutions with an unwavering commitment to service excellence.

Sally became accredited with the Human Resource Certification Institute in 1982 as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) and later earned her accreditation as an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources). She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Association of Blair County (HRMABC).
