The future of the Small Business Administration's 7 (a) program is important to Pennsylvania's community banks and our association. We thank the members of the delegation who have been supportive of this critical program.

House Small Business Committee Chairman Don Manzullo (R-IL) and Ranking Member Nydia Valazquez (D-NY) are currently circulating a "Dear Colleague" letter urging the Appropriations Committee to maintain funding for 7 (a). A copy of this letter is attached for your convenience. PACB thanks the following members who have already signed onto the letter: Shuster, Platts, Murphy, Greenwood, Gerlach, and English and we urge all other members of our delegation to consider doing so.
