Subject: DPW Financial Institution Data Match Program – Change in Reporting Time Frames

We are bringing the attached memo/email to your attention and would ask that you have your operations’ personnel review this issue to determine if it poses any logistical challenges or burdens to your institution.
PACB was contacted by DPW personnel that administer the program matching financial institution data submitted to the department against their database of individuals who owe child support. This program was instituted 5 or 6 years ago with passage of legislation by the General Assembly and PACB was very involved in making it as workable as possible for our members.
We want to ensure this suggested change in the time frames for when data must be submitted is not a problem for our members. Therefore, your attention to this issue is very much appreciated.
