On behalf of the almost 200 members of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers (PACB) and our Board of Directors, thank you for your affirmative vote for S. 256, the “Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005.”

Enactment of Bankruptcy Reform is a long-time PACB priority and we are grateful the Congress has recognized the need to reform our nation’s bankruptcy laws by instilling more personal responsibility, discouraging abuse and ensuring the availability of bankruptcy protection for those in need.
