I am pleased to attach the following summary prepared by Reg Evans of Shumaker Williams, P.C. This is a very comprehensive report on PACB’s recent meeting with U.S. Attorney Pat Meehan of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania concerning bank security, financial fraud and bank robberies. This meeting followed our very successful summit held in October with top officials of the law enforcement and bank regulatory community. As you will note from Reg’s summary, a similar meeting has been requested of the U.S. Attorney in the Western District of Pennsylvania.
