PACB is honored to report to you that the PA House just passed SB 605, strengthening the penalties against bank robbery, by a unanimous vote of 193-0. The bill has now passed the House and Senate, and is on its way to the Governor's desk for signing!!
Thank you so much to the hundreds of community bankers and community bank directors that worked tirelessly on this bill for the past 4+ years. A special thanks to Senator Waugh, State Representative Peter Daley, House Majority Leader Todd Eachus for their great leadership in passing this bill.
