Community Banker Alert

To: PACB Members

From: Frank A. Pinto, President/CEO

Subject: Dodd-Frank Scorecard on Financial Reform

Date: June 29, 2010

As Congress gets ready to vote on the Dodd-Frank financial reform bill that is the result of the two week conferee process, PACB and ICBA would like to set the record straight. There are components of the bill, such as the change to the FDIC assessment formula, that are fantastic for community bankers. There are also components that, despite thousands of letters and phone calls, remained in the bill, such as the harmful interchange language.

Attached is a "no-spin" scorecard to tally the community banking wins included in the bill. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments on financial reform bill as it enters the home stretch.
