Fleetwood Bank is pleased to announce that Hope Pearson has joined the team as Vice President of Retail.
Pearson most recently worked as a Vice President of Community Lending at Community First Fund where she was responsible for community and economic development lending in the Lehigh Valley Market, and comes to Fleetwood Bank with over 25 years of banking experience.
Pearson’s focus will be planning and implementing all retail banking initiatives, as Fleetwood Bank undergoes a transformation in their branches. Pearson will be responsible for the sales and product management, price strategies, and distribution of consumer banking solutions across retail channels.
Pearson is a 2016 graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking where she also received the Wharton Leadership Certificate and is a graduate of Liberty High School, Bethlehem. She resides in Germansville, PA with her family and currently sits on the Board of Directors for Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Council. She serves as co-chair for the American Heart Association’s 2017 Go Red for Women event and is an active member of the Allentown West Rotary Club.
