PennCrest BANK is pleased to announce that Timothy Bracken has joined the Bank as Chief Financial Officer, effective April 10, 2017. As a member of the Bank’s executive team, Tim will play a key role in developing and implementing the Bank’s strategies, as well as assisting and advising others in their financial planning and strategy execution.
Tim is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of financial institution management experience. Tim joins PennCrest BANK from CNB Bank, Clearfield, where he was Vice-President and Controller. Prior to that, Tim served as Executive Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Mainline National Bank.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown and the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He is also a member of AICPA & PICPA.
