 Strengthening Your Bank

Solutions Built Around Community Banking
Community banks need strong partners to remain competitive, profitable and independent.

PACB Services, Inc. is the wholly owned subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers, created to connect community banks with trusted products, services and expertise that can help them operate more effectively, manage risk, reduce costs, generate revenue and compete in a rapidly changing financial marketplace.

But PACB Services is about more than finding vendors.

We bring community bankers and industry partners together to solve real problems.

Solutions Driven by Community Bankers
PACB Services is governed by a board of community bank executives who understand the challenges facing the industry because they face them every day.
That matters.

We listen to our banks, identify common needs and seek out partners with the expertise and solutions to address them. We look for relationships that can help community banks:
  • Improve profitability and manage expenses
  • Strengthen operations and manage risk
  • Access technology, expertise and specialized resources
  • Create new sources of revenue
  • Compete more effectively while remaining independent

Our goal is to build the right relationships for community banks.

More Than a Vendor. A Community Banking Partner.
PACB Services Preferred Providers are selected because they bring expertise, solutions and a commitment to the community banking industry.

Through PACB, these partners gain opportunities to listen directly to bankers, understand their challenges and build relationships with the institutions they serve.
And community bankers gain something equally important: access to trusted resources backed by an association that understands their business.

That is why PACB Services creates opportunities such as the Solutions Summit, bringing bankers and providers together for focused conversations about profitability, technology, compliance, employee benefits, balance-sheet management and other challenges affecting community banks.

When You Work With a Preferred Provider, the Value Comes Back to Community Banking
There is another important reason to consider a PACB Services Preferred Provider.

The relationship helps support your association.
Revenue generated through PACB Services helps PACB invest in the advocacy, professional development, networking and member resources that strengthen community banking across Pennsylvania.

That creates a powerful cycle:
Your bank finds a solution. Our partner earns your business. PACB becomes stronger.

And those resources are reinvested in the community banking industry.
That is why working with a PACB Services Preferred Provider benefits your bank, your association and your industry.

Solutions That Help Community Banks Compete
PACB Services seeks partnerships and solutions in areas that directly affect the performance of community banks, including profitability and balance-sheet management, technology, compliance and risk management, employee benefits, operational efficiency, revenue generation and other specialized services.

Our standard is straightforward:
Does this relationship help community banks become stronger, more profitable and better positioned to serve their customers and communities?
If the answer is yes, we want to explore it.

Interested in Becoming a PACB Services Preferred Provider?
We are looking for more than companies that want access to community banks.

We are looking for partners who want to invest in their success.
Organizations interested in becoming a PACB Services Preferred Provider can contact PACB at 717-231-7447.

Preferred Providers
PACB Services works closely with a select group of Preferred Providers to deliver meaningful value to member institutions.
Each provider relationship is built through a formal vetting process and structured to deliver:
  • High-quality, reliable solutions tailored to community banks
  • Preferred pricing and value-added offerings
  • Strong service models and long-term partnership support
  • Solutions that drive growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage
These partnerships ensure that PACB members have access to trusted resources that support both day-to-day operations and long-term strategy.
