PACB is excited to launch the Community Bank Collaborative MEET-UP - a virtual, peer-to-peer forum designed to bring like-minded community bank professionals together for a small group conversation where open dialogue is encouraged.  The Community Bank Collaborative is the perfect opportunity to build your PACB network!

Bankers are encouraged to speak candidly, share ideas, discuss challenges, exchange practical insights and explore industry trends.  These conversations will provide you with collective insights from community bankers across the state, giving you greater opportunities for better solutions to your biggest challenges. 

Each MEET-UP will take place virtually for a 60-minute session and each professional group will determine how often they would like to meet. Each MEET-UP will be guided by one facilitator with the topics determined by the participant's input and emerging industry trends. 

This is not a facilitated education session or webinar. The information shared from each participant will determine the outcome of each MEET-UP. You are encouraged to be a part of the conversation! 

The Collaborative MEET-UP is free for all community bankers who are a part of a PACB member bank.
